- A certificate of residence from the city hall of the town you reside in
- A copy of the marriage contract that is notarized (this is only if you are already married)
- And any birth certificates of children to be recognized
If you are from another country and you wish to have your Tahitian wedding legalized, here is the information and documents that you will need:
- A certificate showing that you are not already married
- A certificate of legal announcement from your place of residence (in your country)
- A costum certificate issued by your home country
You will also need to make sure that each of these documents are translated into French.
